If you’ve been looking for a way to improve your well-being, connect with other women, and start your yoga journey, this is the perfect opportunity! Shewise & Sefali are offering five free women’s-only yoga sessions, creating a safe and welcoming space for relaxation, movement, and mindfulness.
Starting from 3rd March 2024 and running until 31st March 2025, these sessions will take place every Monday from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Heston & District Community Association in Heston, Hounslow. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, these classes are designed to help you unwind, strengthen your body, and find balance in your daily life.
Yoga is known for its numerous physical and mental health benefits. It helps to improve flexibility, build strength, and reduce stress. By attending these sessions, you’ll have the chance to learn from Sefali, an experienced yoga instructor, who will guide you through movements that enhance both body and mind.
