This March, we are beyond grateful to the amazing team at Hadley for their incredible commitment to supporting SHEWISE and the women we serve. As part of their social impact initiatives and in honor of International Women’s Day, Hadley launched a month-long fundraiser to help raise awareness and vital funds for our mission.
A Challenge with Purpose
Hadley’s team pledged to walk, run, and cycle a collective 3,000km throughout March to support SHEWISE’s work in empowering women facing domestic abuse, mental health challenges, economic hardship, and the criminal justice system. With a special focus on South Asian and Middle Eastern women and girls, SHEWISE provides a lifeline of support, offering resources, advice, and empowerment programs to help women rebuild their lives.
To kick-start the challenge, Hadley marked International Women’s Day with a group walk along the Thames, covering some of the first kilometers while showing solidarity with the women we support. This inspiring initiative brings people together, turning every step into meaningful action.
Why This Matters
The funds raised through Hadley’s challenge will go towards our essential programs, including Domestic Abuse Awareness Workshops, Wellbeing Initiatives, Entrepreneurship Support, and Rebuilding Programs for Women Involved in the Criminal Justice System. Each kilometer covered by the Hadley team represents not just distance but real change—helping women find safety, confidence, and new opportunities.
A Heartfelt Thank You
We are incredibly touched by the dedication, passion, and generosity of Hadley and their team. Their commitment reminds us of the power of community and collective action in driving meaningful change. Every mile they walk, run, or cycle is a step towards a brighter future for the women we support.
